Sometimes you find out that cheap is not good. Well, the rumba and drivers weren’t cheap at $95. Sometimes you find out that paying that extra $45 is worth it. So I think is the case here.

The rumba board had a socket problem and one, or possibly more of the drivers wouldn’t go into their sockets.the mks base board ended up with the same problem. The I started remembering all the boards that had died on me and decided to go back to smoothie.

The machine itself is fully wired, although some of the bundles may get reassigned since the controller is moving. I should have the new controller in a few days.
